Carbon Poker Unveils Mobile App

February 14, 2013 Posted in Uncategorized by No Comments

Carbon Poker is the first Merge Network site to launch a mobile client. Last Friday Carbon Poker representative started a thread on the very popular TwoPlusTwo online poker forum announcing that their new mobile app will be soon made available.

After black Friday there hasn’t been any options for US players to play on mobile, but now finally they do as Carbon Poker is one of the few online poker operators which allows US players to play for real money online.

The new Carbon Poker Mobile is going to be a web app (so no app download is necessary) and in the first beta stage it will only support iPhone and iPod Touch devices. Beta games will also be limited to play money only before the app is officially launched to the public with real money cash games. Carbon Poker has finished their internal testing phase for the new app and they are now looking for volunteer players to try it out and give some much needed feedback.

If you would like to give the new Carbon Poker app a try you will first have to create a playing account from the banner above. After you have a Carbon Poker player account you need to email viphost@carbonpoker.ag with the following details:

In the coming weeks Carbon Poker will contact all qualified players with instructions how they can take part in the beta. Players chosen can then try out the new web app on their iPhone/iPod Touch web browser and enjoy Texas Hold’em play money cash games. There are plans to make the app available for iPad and Android users too and this should happen in the near future along with other new additional features such as tournaments and sit n’ gos.
